Cascade Bishop is a consultant and educator who bridges early childhood principles with adult leadership and organizational design. With over 15 years of experience in education and program leadership, she helps individuals and organizations rethink how environments, relationships, and systems shape behavior and outcomes.
Through professional development, coaching, and consulting, Cascade supports educators, parents, and leaders in moving from reactive approaches to intentional practice. Her work is grounded in the belief that the same principles that support children—connection, responsiveness, and thoughtfully designed environments—can transform how adults lead, teach, and engage with one another.
By applying child-centered frameworks to real-world settings, she challenges traditional approaches and helps create more effective, human-centered organizations, classrooms, and homes.
