I do not know about you, but sometimes I just crave a sweet treat! I have leared to find my healthy balance and this one just takes the cake!!
-Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
-Sunflower Seed Butter
-Mini Cupcake Holders
This is the base amount I start with. I will double/tripple or do again as much as needed for my desired quantity.
-Melt 2 Tbs. of coconut oil and mix in with 2 Tbs. of Chocolate Vegan Shakeology.
-Spoon the mixture into the cupcake holders creating a thin layer on the bottom.
-Place tray of cupcake holders in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
-Once frozen take out and spoon a dap of sunflower seed butter (or nut butter fo your choice) onto the top of each chcolate.
-Heat up more coconut oil, shakoelogy mix if necessary and coat each chocolate till you cannot see the butter anymore.
-Place in the freezer for another 10 minutes.
-Eat and Enjoy!
